She has deleted her accounts and disappeared. Her full real name is not known.\n\nShe has appeared active on her Spotify account once since her disappearance, thus giving those that love her some assurance of her safety.\n\nShe played a lot of [[chess]] in her time on WallStreetBets. She would often post paragraphs of intelligent thought in threads where others were just posting memes, making her stand out from the typical [[gambling-addiction|degenerate gamblers]] there. For example, here's a comment she submitted a short time before deleting her accounts, in the [[reddit]] discussion thread for the weekend of June 17:\n\n> During the pandemic a bunch of real estate firms started buying properties, flipping them and renting them to people. The lack of purchasable property made the housing market fucking ridiculous so people were getting in stupid bidding wars over houses, waiving inspections and overpaying. That's not sustainable. It locks you into the property whether you can afford to maintain it or not because you can't turn a profit on a house you overpaid for and you can't afford a new one.\n\n> Supply chain issues were a problem for awhile but I believe that was fucking milked to drive up prices as well and at least some percentage of you have a $500 monthly car payment with 13% interest because you're fucking morons and walked right into it. Students are going to be paying back loans soon. A bunch of people in tech have been laid off. Every fucking thing was/is a bubble. There is no angle from which this looks good or ends well.\n\nThis is one of the only comments that remains archived from before she deleted her accounts. Compare it to typical comments in any wallstreetbets weekend discussion thread.\n\nThe image of her embedded at the top of this page is what [[discord-inc|Discord]] calls a \"sticker\" that was available to use as a response to anything in the wallstreetbets \"Discord server\" - [link](https://discord.gg/wallstreetbets) - when she was there. She also had her own Discord server until it was deleted as well. It was Fallout themed.\n\nHer posts on the /r/INTP subreddit suggested INTP to be her Meyers-Briggs personality type (MBTI).\n\nShe used 4chan at some point in the distant past. Her main reddit and Discord usernames were /u/shutupdigit, /u/DigitIsDigit, Digit#8888, and digitisdigit. These are all deleted now. She may have had one other Discord username as well, which had the display name \"Lord of Darkness\" in servers she frequented. She ostensibly made a bunch of reddit throwaways for [[r-slash-place|/r/place]] once, but it's not clear whether any of them are in use anymore. The only recent activity that appears to be her has been on her Spotify account.\n\nThere are conflicting stories on where she got the name Digit. The \"DigitIsDigit\" form of the name may have been selected for multiple reasons, but she explained one here:\n\n\n\nThere is a green heart dedicated to her on the /r/place mural from 52 years after the [[UNIX epoch]] (known as \"/r/place 2022\"). She was unaware of its creation while it was being made; she was working on the wallstreetbets area of the mural.
