Ingredients

• 8 eggs
• water
• Instant Pot and wire rack

Directions

1. Add a cup of water to your Intant Pot. Place eggs on top of the wire rack.
2. Pressure cook for 5 minutes.
3. Allow to slow release for 5 minutes. It's best to set a timer after you hear the Instant Pot beep. They taste better if you don't overcook them.
4. Meanwhile, prepare an ice bath in a bowl with water and ice. These eggies will take a cold plunge.
5. Remove the eggs from the Instant Pot. Place them in the ice bath for 5 minutes.
6. Serve. Refrigerate leftovers.
