Doubling down on building new businesses

I am currently developing a promising business concept, and along the way, I'm offering my expertise to others who are contemplating a similar entrepreneurial path.

Building new businesses has always been my passion. Over the past four years, I've been deeply engaged in the entrepreneurial landscape, launching initiatives like Ericsson Routes and working as an Entrepreneur-in-residence at Ericsson's internal incubator.

Helping other founders

Leveraging the valuable experience gained at Ericsson, the natural progression for me was to start my own venture. I am currently developing a promising business concept, and along the way, I'm offering my expertise to others who are contemplating a similar entrepreneurial path.

Many fellow entrepreneurs face challenges in figuring out who to engage with, what materials are necessary, and how to navigate the early stages of their journey. If I can simplify this initial phase for them, it could provide the necessary motivation to take the leap.

This effort is my way of contributing to the entrepreneurial community. As they say, the universe returns the energy you put out.

What exactly am I doing?

I assist first-time founders in understanding the essentials of securing funding—whether it’s from angel investors, pre-seed funds, or friends and family. You need robust, persuasive data to convince people to invest in your idea. This requirement is the same for tech startups and traditional businesses alike.

  • Desirability: Are people genuinely interested in your product? What proof do you have beyond verbal assurances?
  • Viability: What is the size of the market? Investors will expect certain market size.
  • Feasibility: How will you reach your customers? Who are your competitors?

I offer structured support to help gather and analyze crucial data in these areas, aiding new founders in establishing a solid foundation for their ventures.

Can you do it on your own?

Absolutely.

If you're thinking about launching your first business, I recommend these three insightful books (with which I have no affiliation):

  • Zero to One by Peter Thiel, and Blake Masters.
  • The Lean Startup by Eric Ries.
  • The Right It by Alberto Savoia.

These books provide a comprehensive basis for testing and developing your business concept. If you still feel the need for guidance after reading these books, please schedule an initial 30-minute free consultation with me.
