I thought I'd write a little bit about how an idea started to turn into a project.
I started my first startup in 2012 with friends. It was a random video chat service using Adobe Flash Player technology, and later on, solutions like WebRTC appeared.
It was my first experience in organizing an IT business. A year later, it turned into a full-stack outsourcing company that provided code development, design, and digital marketing solutions. It was 2014, and the war started. This period of my journey was so important because I had to learn from the beginning (from scratch) how to create projects in different areas such as digital design and code for large systems.
In May 2017, my life changed because I met Bitcoin. Somewhere in that period, my business management focus was already strictly on code production, so at that time I already started thinking about implementing bitcoin in business.
For another 4 years, I thought, studied Bitcoin in my free time and continued to gain practical experience in building IT projects as business organizations. I launched 3 more projects, 2 of which became business structures with several partners. The first project was a training and research system for the HealthCare segment, the second was software for small businesses, and the 3rd project was already the first draft of the idea of a Bitcoin project, still very vague but clearly about Bitcoin business. It was 2021, spring, Manucho was playing in my headphones, and my Specialized was taking me through Volodymyrska Hill to Vozdvyzhenka, charging me with the breath of the Dnipro.
Then everything changed again, but, unfortunately, very radically. My life started again, from the beginning. I lost almost everything, but I had the most important things with me, my family, bitcoin, computers and my bike. The war started, my city is still burning. . My journey started again, but this time it was 95% in Bitcoin. At that time, I had to leave all my projects and my home. It was 2022, but life goes on.
My businesses were well-organized structures, but they always had a critical error in the middle - a human. This factor made me stop everything and start thinking about a new system, a business system that would work without the need for trust between people as partners, And it will also work using all the best properties of Bitcoin.
From the end of 2023 to now, I am still developing a business solution that was at the very beginning of the idea, but now there is no more fog, it is clear what the business, organization and people need, and it is also clear that all this is necessary and possible to build with the help of Bitcoin technology…
